Office hours held with PA1/PA2 SAKI Grantees that are local agencies. There are multiple cohorts of PA1/PA2 Local Agencies. These Office Hours are meant to covey SAKI Program updates and solicit TTA needs and questions from similar SAKI Grantees.

During this reporting period, the eHealth Exchange has agreed to allow individual states to sign the DURSA and pay an annual fee of $25,000 to connect in production. The RxCheck team has conducted numerous calls with CyncHealth in Nebraska about making an eHealth connection. CyncHealth has received permission to proceed with the eHealth pilot and all parties are now working on the details of the various agreements. This live pilot will be enabled by CyncHealth signing a DURSA and IJIS executing an MOU with the eHealth Exchange.

PDMP TTAC hosted and facilitated the Harold Rogers Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) 2024 National Meeting took place on August 13-15, 2024 in Washington, D.C. Themed “PDMPs: Collaborating to Address the Prescription Drug Crisis,” the meeting was a resounding success. The conference offered valuable insights and fostered collaboration among the attendees, which included experts, policymakers, and stakeholders and with representation from 30 of the 54 PDMPs. eHealth Exchange Integration

IJIS received a subaward from IIR on September 1, 2023, to support three independent efforts related to RxCheck. The efforts include support to and maintenance of the RxCheck Hub, support to the tribal integration project, and support to eHealth Exchange Integration.

The PDMP TTAC team has developed working relationships with many key federal partners representing public health and public safety communities and regularly collaborates with numerous national organizations. During this reporting period, the PDMP TTAC staff supported the following national and federal partners:

An in-person meeting of TTA providers has not yet been scheduled; however, the PDMP TTAC staff will participate when the meeting is held.

During the reporting period, the PDMP TTAC team participated in weekly conference calls with BJA leaders to discuss current PDMP projects and activities. In addition, the TTAC team participated in two quarterly COSSUP Collaborative calls with BJA and other TTA providers.

During this rating period, PDMP TTAC attended two events and actively participated in group discussion sessions.

The PDMP TTAC team has been involved with BJA’s GrantStat Program in previous years, and, utilizing the GrantStat measurements, identified PDMPs in need of specialized technical assistance.BJA did not request the PDMP TTAC team’s participation in the GrantStat Program during this reporting period. The PDMP TTAC team will fully participate in GrantStat upon request and will take whatever action is deemed appropriate by BJA to assist grantees in meeting performance and deliverable requirements.
