Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Salt Lake City team a total of three (3) times to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the site has focused on refining their Implementation Plan (IP) and ensuring it aligns with grant requirements. They have engaged in community and behavioral health partnerships, and are working on data collection and evaluation strategies.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Washington Department of Corrections team a total of five (5) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. Dr. Phil Gibson returned from paternity leave and joined the team, which is now moving towards using WHOOP straps for better data alignment and security. The project focuses on improving COs' self-regulatory skills to enhance health outcomes and is awaiting IRB approval. The pilot project has reduced participants from 300 to 100, with ongoing discussions about incentives and recruitment.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Colorado Department of Corrections three (3) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. Over the past six months, Colorado's training sessions on mental health and substance use disorders have been extended to 14 hours, receiving positive feedback from trainees. CRIT training remains part of basic training and may be integrated into in-service training, while VR training implementation is delayed due to logistical issues.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Louisville Metro Government team a total of four (4) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. The site has conducted ongoing classes for new recruits, with curriculum modifications including site visits and partnerships with local mental and behavioral health organizations. They are finalizing a grant agreement with the Bounce Coalition for trauma-informed de-escalation training and have held events focusing on SUD initiatives and LEO Suicide Awareness.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Seattle team a total of four (4) times to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the team has renewed Dr. Stueber's contract for in-person and online training, including a suicide awareness module, and is awaiting a new position posting. The city plans to expand the CARE team and is considering a vendor for trauma-informed training. Rose, the new training manager, is familiarizing herself with the grant and CRIT curriculum, and the site had a successful P2P with Rapid City.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Prince George County team a total of five (5) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. Over the past six months, ACA, PG County, and IACP have collaborated on a project to train all staff in de-escalation and crisis response, with plans to expand refresher training and partner with a local university for data collection. Despite slow progress due to county bureaucracy and vendor changes, they aim to pilot the training by early 2025.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the New York City Department of Corrections team a total of five (5) times to provide customized TTA and discuss programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the project has focused on preparing for increased training needs with the new healthcare-focused jail facility at Bellevue Hospital. They are hiring two instructors and have scheduled five days of training in November, with ongoing refreshers and Mental Health First Aid sessions.
