On July 9, 2019 Ray Martinez, administrator for the Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Planning Commission (LEPC), the US territory's SAA, completed an online request for planning TTA. The agency is designated with exclusive oversight to administer, monitor, and evaluate federal funding to address criminal justice, juvenile delinquency, and victim services initiatives from the USDOJ grant programs.
