During the TTA status check call, TTA staff help grantees think through partnerships and relationships as they progress through their projects, help grantees document and highlight their successes, offer feedback, and serve as a bridge between resources and BJA staff. TTA staff help grantees connect with the right people to ensure the successful implementation of their programs. Status calls occur every other month, cohort calls occur quarterly, and a web link is provided to grantees to sign up for office hours whenever something comes up, and grantees would like a quick call.

Met with site 8/13. ME DEA is providing assistance to ME EMS with data/drug sharing of what’s popping up new in the state. Sanford PD has been referred to by another local ME PD because they’ve heard of the great successes SPD has had. Maine DPS will be applying for an NCE and has discussed this with their grant manager. Due to staff turnover and RFP difficulties, site will likely need more than one 1-year NCE. Naloxone distribution and training is at 90% for eligible agency participation training. Currently target the last 10% to complete the training.
