IIR SME's facilitated the weekly privacy policy update meeting via teleconference, where participants reviewed the updated draft, discussed pending action items, and potential new content to add to the draft.

The Privacy Policy Update Working Group met via teleconference to discuss and approved the proposed edits to various definitions, content in appendices. Since the IIR SME was on travel, DHS CRCL served as discussion leader, and IIR provided talking points to DHS to facilitate and lead the discussion, keeping the membership on track for accomplishing goals set and defining action items for the next week.

The weekly meeting with federal and SLTT partners took place, reviewing sections on Sharing and Disclosure, as well as reviewing proposed definition changes and content on Retention, as well as discussing any pending action items from the membership.
