Premier leaders and practitioners from across the justice landscape met October 8, 2019 Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative (Global) Advisory Committee (GAC, Committee) Meeting at the Office of Justice Programs offices. To maximize resources and provide opportunities for Global engagement by an even greater range of subject-matter experts (SME), the majority of hands-on Committee efforts are conducted virtually. GAC members and partners met to discuss current and emerging issues in justice information sharing and integration initiatives, including ongoing Global priority projects such as the Nationwide Criminal History Records and Methamphetamine Abuses Associated with the Opioid Crisis projects. GAC members also took required Ethics Training through BJA.

Southern Shield is a meeting of the fusion center directors and analysts for the Southeast United States.
