Vera provided TTA to the Louisiana DOC (LADOC) in the following ways:
-Vera consulted via phone on a data monitoring system being developed for tracking reforms to reduce the use of segregation.
-Vera worked with staff at headquarters to fulfill administrative data request for the assessment phase in the SAS Initiative.
-LADOC fulfilled policy requests for new disciplinary matrix intended to reduce reliance on segregation as a sanction. Vera is currently analyzing and will provide guidance further into the project.
-Vera coordinated with wardens at three facilities to prepare for upcoming site visit the week of June 12th.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
