E-mail send to Mr. Willnow on 3.3.13 requesting assessment call for upcoming week. Received an e-mail from Michael Byrd, Grant coordinator on 3.5.13 asking for clarification on what type of tuition assistance or reimbursement BJA provides for training. Sent e-mail on same day explaining the process. Sent a follow up e-mail on 3.13.13 to Mr. Byrd and Mr. Willnow asking them if they intend to follow through with their request. I re-sent the assessment form, asked them to complete it and schedule a time for a conference call. I also advised them that if they are not ready to submit an application now, they can withdraw and re-submit at another time. Mr. Willnow responded on 3.13.13 and stated that they thought that they could send their detectives to a training and be reimbursed by BJA for the training. In light of the fact that BJA no longer provides tuition assistance Mr. Willnow asked to withdraw his request.
