1.1 Assemble a list of subject matter expert (SME) consultants. Along with project staff and partners that have a combined several decades of experience in the tribal justice field, TLPI will assemble a list of subject matter expert consultants who will serve as part of the core TA team.With BJA approval, these consultants will be called upon to meet the needs of grantees, within the parameters of a protocol developed by TLPI that defines the scope of a consultant’s TA role. 1.2 Develop TTA specific webpage developed on www.WalkingOnCommonGround.org (WOCG). TLPI has maintained and enhanced the well-established website Walking on Common Ground (WOCG) since 2010 establishment.TLPI will add a grantee specific page to WOCG that will include information developed under this grant including tools for grantees, links to appropriate resources and websites, calendar of events, and a mechanism for requesting TTA and providing feedback. 1.3 Ensure BJA/DOJ approval and reporting processes are followed. TLPI is very experienced with the conference cost approval process. We proactively ensure BJA/DOJ approval and reporting processes are followed in a timely manner, including the conference cost approval request. Deliverable: N/A
1.4 Track TTA. TLPI has developed a customized TTA database that not only captures BJA performance measure data for reporting on NTTAC, but also allows staff to collaborate across TA projects when the same tribal community is visited by more than one TLPI program. Deliverable: N/A
1.5 Evaluate all TTA. Evaluating TTA is a crucial part of delivering the most effective, relevant, and culturally responsive TTA to the field. TLPI includes an evaluation component to all TTA– both virtual and in person. TLPI uses the Survey Monkey platform for evaluations for efficient and cost-effective distribution, compilation and analysis. For trainings, TLPI develops an evaluation report with aggregated responses which, when relevant, provides comparative data from previous similar trainings. All evaluation data is reviewed and discussed in project team meetings so that continuous quality improvement is employed in all TTA delivery TA delivery. Deliverable: Evaluation Reports
