This workshop will help subject-matter experts working within Indian Country in the fields of probation and reentry. This train-the-trainer workshop will provide past and present Academy graduates with coaching, mentoring, peer learning, CoPs, and implementation science to support them in becoming new faculty/SMEs. This session will help participants to develop and sharpen their presentation skills; become more effective presenters; organize material to convey learning objectives; and learn how to structure presentations to optimize learning for Indian Country probation and reentry programs.
