I would like to have someone evaluate what we are currently doing and provide input for improvement. I would also be interested in any training you might be able to provide regarding intelligence-led policing concepts for possible future implementation.
The Salem Police Department is looking at methods to improve our Intelligence-Led Policing model, which we call ICAP (Intelligence, Communication, and Planning). We are still in the infancy of the program and looking for advice to improve what we are currently doing. Since the system is new to the department, we would be interested in having someone look at what we currently do and offer advice to improve.
