Officer Chuck Junge holds a Certification as a Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) through the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS). This certification is very important in performing forensic computer responsibilities and testifying in court to processes used and information extracted when examining forensic evidence. IACIS requires renewal of this certification every three years. There are several requirements that must be completed prior to applying for CFCE recertification. One of the requirements includes the completion of 40 Hours of Professional Education.

We are requesting your support and approval in purchasing a Magnet Forensics Training Annual Pass which will allow Officer Junge to participate in ten separate training courses over a one year period. These courses are all offered virtually which eliminates travel costs and additional time away from work during travel. The cost of the training pass is $5995.00. Some of these courses are online self-paced and some are instructor-led. While balancing his workload, Officer Junge plans to complete as many courses as possible to enhance his skill and knowledge as a Forensic Computer Examiner.
