We want to stand up a criminal analyst position to help drive decision making with regard to patrol vectoring, hiring and special projects, as well as policy development. We are hoping to engage the services of Jessica Herbert from Idea Analytics, a current BJANTTAC contractor, to help develop the job description, train the prospective candidate and assist in obtaining the necessary tools.

How do you anticipate that the requested assistance will address the problems?
We anticipate receiving budgetary approval for the new position in the next month or so. Once that has occurred, we would like to engage Idea Analytics to asses our areas of need, develop a job description, assist us going to market for a prospective candidate and assisting in completing the training and tool procurement for the position to be successful.
