Baltimore PSP requested travel support for representatives to attend the International Homicide Investigators Association's "Cold Case/No Body Homicide Investigation/Prosecution Course". BJA NTTAC referred this request to the Community Oriented Policing Services Office.
BJA is requesting virtual support for a member from the Saginaw, Michigan National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site to attend the IHIA Cold Case/ No Body Homicide Investigation Course in Washington, D.C. on March 3 - 6, 2020.
