Based on the outcome of the assessments, in consultation with BJA, IACP will develop/enhance/refine training for delivery to the ECM task forces.

IACP developed and conduct a strengths weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) (leadership, collaboration, and TTA needs assessment) analysis to identify TTA needs for each task force. The needs assessment included an electronic survey, phone interview, and review of PMT data for the task force. A summary report was created to highlight findings and sent to BJA for review on 3/25/2020.

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
