The non profit organization TTM PTP inc. requested assistance to host online forums for our non-profit organization dedicated to help promote mental wellness and suicide prevention for Police. BJA NTTAC denied this request.
Suicide among Law Enforcement has become an epidemic. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder among Law Enforcement officers is cumulative and if left unchecked can lead to devastating consequences including but not limited to suicide. Although there has been a great deal of study, resources and a variety of attempts to address the problem, it appears to be getting worse. TTM PTP is a unique and comprehensive approach to address this crisis. It is a web based program which provides forums hosted by peers that is a secure, anonymous and confidential resource to assist officers in processing the traumatic events they experience in "real time".

- General information regarding the request for TTA services, i.e., the who, what, where, when, and why.
- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
