The 2015 Sexual Assault Kit Initiative National Training and Technical Assistance Program Solicitation Webinar

In 2015, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is launching the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) and the SAKI National Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Program to support jurisdictions across the country as they address the issue of untested sexual assault kits (SAKs) in their possession and engage in comprehensive sexual assault response reform. The purpose of this webinar is to share information about the 2015 SAKI National TTA Program Solicitation with interested applicants.

APA's 9th National Prosecution Summit: Innovative Prosecution and Community Safety

The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA), in partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the Center for Court Innovation (CCI), will host the 9th National Prosecution Summit: Innovative Prosecution and Community Safety from September 22-24, 2014 in Dallas, TX. The summit and lodging will take place at the Adolphus Hotel.

National Center for Policing Innovation

The mission of the National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law (NCSTL) at Stetson University College of Law is to foster communication between the scientific, technological and legal communities, resulting in awareness and understanding of the policies, interests and concerns affecting those communities.

Urban Institute

The Urban Institute’s Justice Policy Center staff members conduct research and evaluations and provide technical assistance to improve justice policy and practice at the national, state, and local levels. Urban researchers examine the development, implementation, and impact of policing, crime prevention, and gang disruption initiatives. The work includes a large breadth of topics ranging from risk assessment, community corrections and reentry, human trafficking, forensic science, courts and sentencing, to gun violence.
